Empowering healthcare professionals with essential skills

A strong healthcare system needs a strong workforce. That’s why we are upskilling and empowering healthcare professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Digital and Innovation Fellowships

We have co-designed Digital and Innovation Fellowships with training packages to help build digital capability and capacity of staff to support integrated care, improve population health outcomes, and ensure that services are sustainable in the long term.

The fellowship programmes offered are designed to equip NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other organisations with the skills and knowledge needed to lead digital transformation. These programmes are co-designed with commissioners (participating organisations) to ensure they meet the unique needs of each organisation, focusing on critical areas such as clinical digital safety, data management, digital service design, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the implementation of new technologies in clinical practice.
