Innovator hub Find, test and implement health and social care innovations Spreading innovation throughout health and social care The Innovation and Enterprise team at Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex support the discovery, development and deployment of health and social care innovations across the South East. As part of the Health Innovation Network, we work with health and social care organisations and businesses to spread innovation throughout our health and care systems to improve outcomes for patients and services and to support economic growth. How we can help Our team of experienced Innovation Managers and Coordinators help innovators navigate the complexities of our health and care systems. We offer practical advice and guidance, hold regular workshops and webinars, and provide signposting to support innovators to develop their innovations to meet the needs of our local systems and populations. Our service covers a wide range of topics which are important for innovators to understand, including navigating the health and care system, understanding MedTech regulations, the importance of establishing an evidence base, and an overview of national priorities such as achieving net zero and addressing health inequalities. We aim to help innovators to develop strong, evidence-based value propositions for their innovations and to ensure they are ready for widespread deployment for the benefit of our health and social care organisations and service users. The session will focus on developing a more coordinated, system-wide approach to supporting the ‘rising risk’ population. This population includes those at risk of deterioration where earlier intervention could prevent escalation into high-intensity, high-cost care. We are looking to engage with suppliers offering adoption-ready solutions to support: Improved identification and stratification of populations at risk of deterioration Proactive, preventative intervention models across care pathways Interoperability and integration across systems within a multi-supplier environment Interested in participating? If you represent a relevant, adoption-ready product, please email innovators@healthinnovation-kss.com by Friday 10 July with: Details of why you are interested in participating Confirmation that your organisation meets the following criteria: 1. Adopted in at least 2 NHS sites 2. Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 8+ (ready for adoption) 3.
