We’re pleased to announce that registration is now open for our Quality Improvement at its Best events in Maidstone (January 29) and Crawley (March 31).

We’ve also thrilled to confirm Professor Keith Grint, a renowned expert on Wicked Problems and Leadership, as our keynote speaker for the January event.

Keith is Professor Emeritus at Warwick University, where he was Professor of Public Leadership until 2018. Professor Grint spent 10 years working in various positions across a number of industry sectors before switching to an academic career.

These two events build on the work of KSS PSC’s Improvers Network, which was set up in 2016 and now has more than 1,800 members.

Each event will tackle wicked problems specific to the region in which it’s being held, and you’re welcome to attend either, or both, of the sessions:

  • Wednesday January 29, Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel, 12.30-4.30 (incl. lunch)
  • Tuesday March 31, Crowne Plaza Crawley, 12.30-4.30 (incl. lunch)

The agendas for both events are being co-designed by members of the Q Community from across the region. We’ll share details of the full plans as soon as they’re finalised.
