Senior Programme Manager
George has a background in analytics and Service and Quality Improvement having worked in the NHS (commissioning and acute) for nine years before joining Health Innovation KSS in December 2015 as PMO (Portfolio Management Office) Manager to set up a new PMO.
George holds a degree in Business Information Technology and various accredited professional qualifications in Improvement Science and Project Management.
George leads on the following areas: Workforce, Wound Care and engagement with the health and care system in Kent and Medway
As well as facilitating transformation and improvement, George also has experience in developing organisational culture and values frameworks.
George is passionate about working with health and care teams across the region to share skills and knowledge, build capacity, and help effective innovation reach more people more quickly.
