We were thrilled to be part of the successful bid for the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Applied Research Collaboration (ARCKSS). With £9m of funding awarded by the National Institute for Health Research, and a further £5m investment from local NHS trusts, local authorities and universities, the collaboration will ensure the learning from research is used more quickly and systematically to improve patient care.
