We are pleased to welcome Roshani Perera as Non-executive Director on the board of KSS AHSN.

Roshani is an established healthcare management consultant with over 20 years’ experience working within the Life Sciences industry, and across the NHS and charitable sectors. She has extensive experience in supporting blue chip companies, as well as healthcare start-ups, to bring innovative medicines and technologies into the UK and European markets.

An inspiring motivator, Roshani brings creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver results. Her ambition is to drive social innovation and transformation in communities through innovative and collaborative approaches that lead to large scale, systemic and sustainable change.

Welcoming her to KSS AHSN, David Clayton-Smith, Chair of the Board, said:

Roshani said:

“I am delighted to be appointed to the KSS AHSN Board and look forward to starting to work with the team. I expect to bring a fresh and different perspective to challenge and broaden our strategy,  and to make a long-lasting contribution to the communities we serve.

“I have been a keen supporter of the AHSNs since their inception and have had the opportunity to work with a few on a strategic partnership basis.”

Roshani is a Trustee for Tackle Prostate Cancer, helping improve cancer care services for men living with prostate cancer and acts as a Community engagement speaker for the Royal National Institute for Deaf People, delivering talks to community and faith groups, schools and businesses, with the aim of increasing understanding of hearing loss, tinnitus and deafness.

She runs her own healthcare consultancy and lives in Surrey.
