If you use NHS services, have a medical condition, or face health-related challenges, we can help your voice to be heard in the NHS, to help improve the local health and care system.

How you can get involved

For innovation to succeed, it’s crucial for it to be created in collaboration with the people set to benefit from it – the patients.

It’s our priority to involve and co-produce with patients, the public, carers and communities – particularly individuals who are marginalised or seldom listened to – as we seek to bring in diverse perspectives and listen to the experiences and insights of people at the heart of everything we do. We want to reduce health inequalities and make sure everyone can benefit from innovation, not just a small number who are easily heard.

At Health Innovation KSS, our cardiovascular disease prevention programme is planned and delivered collaboratively with partners across Kent, Surrey & Sussex.

At Health Innovation KSS, we’re working to support healthcare professionals to identify patients at risk and encourage better conversations around medicines.

The national patient safety improvement programme aims to test and spread effective safety interventions and strategies, learn from excellence and support systems to continuously improve.

At Health Innovation KSS, we are working across the system, with innovators, our local integrated care systems (ICSs) and within our own organisation to support the NHS’s approach to climate change and reaching net zero by 2045.
