We know that running a health tech business is challenging. From managing your first set of business accounts to driving new growth for your company, from understanding how the NHS works to connecting with the right people, innovators working in health and social care face new challenges at every stage. At KSS AHSN we are here to share our expertise and experience to help you navigate this complex ecosystem.

Our industry team is launching a new series of free, interactive, bite-sized workshops hosted by subject matter experts, to support start-ups, clinical entrepreneurs, and SMEs to manage and grow their business. Our first three bite-sized workshops are focused on the business fundamentals needed to drive and sustain the growth of your company and the key things to make you “NHS ready”:

  • 9 June, 10.30 – 12:00: “Understanding your accounts for non-business managers“. Online workshop led by Hayley Ross, Financial Controller, KSS AHSN. Book here
