Our MatNeoSiP team held its first virtual event on 6th November 2020 – you can see a recording of the sessions here or download the presentation here.
We had an impressive turn out of over 45 delegates which included Heads of Midwifery, safety champions, chief nurses, consultant obstetricians, consultant neonatologists, LMS leads and maternity/neonatal clinicians.
The aim of the event was to reconnect with our key stakeholders, reflect on the past six months and moving forward vision. The event was opened by Jenny Hughes, our Chief Midwife in the south east, and followed by Hannah Rutter providing a National update.
The Matneo team presented a KSS perspective. Other presentations including CNST 3, learning from Covid-19, sustaining PReCePT, and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, Allies & Health inequalities.
We are very excited of the future of Matneo with our next event scheduled in March 2021.
