The social care theme of the Applied Research Collaboration Kent Surrey Sussex (ARC KSS) is holding a free two-hour symposium on research priorities for adult social care on the 6th of December.
In the first part, findings will be presented from a series of focus groups that were held across the region, discussing innovative practice, the challenges for the sector and importantly priority areas for ARC KSS research to support evidence-based service change.
As the national lead ARC for research in Social Care and Social Work, priority areas being developed nationally will also be shared.
The second part will offer networking opportunities based on the ARC priorities outlined in the earlier session. Delegates will be able to select their own breakout room based on their interests and experience, and become involved and discuss the chosen theme in more depth.
This event is suitable for anyone interested or involved in adult social care.
